Easter and Great Wolf Lodge

Alex and Julia took a much-needed break from school to go to the Great Wolf Lodge for a night.  Great Wolf Lodge is an indoor water park.  They had a great time and played themselves to exhaustion for two days straight.  They especially liked the wave pool and the pools for smaller kids.

Then, when the weekend came, they each colored some hard boiled eggs with dye and stickers and got ready for the Easter Bunny.  On Saturday, they had breakfast with the Feltons and did an egg hunt at the Seattle Tennis Club.  On Sunday, Alex and Julia did an awesome job finding eggs hidden throughout the house. Julia kept getting distracted by the candy inside the eggs, but she proved herself to be an awesome egg finder.  Alex was a big help to his little sister when she needed it.

Good helpers

Alex and Julia helped Daddy make brownies on Tuesday. Julia has been talking and playing sports. She was in a completely naughty mood last weekend but seems recovered and is back to herself. Alex has been teaching everyone about dinosaurs.

New photos

Nothing too exciting has been happening this week but we have a few new photos to share. Julia's teacher told us on Monday that she's like a bumblebee always buzzing around the classroom at full speed.

Julia!

Julia has developed quite the personality the last few weeks. She is very opinionated. She is very busy all over the house getting into everything. She loves to color, jump, dance, and climb. She likes to read books as long as the pages turn really fast. She likes her friends and especially Alex but not strangers. She's great at bedtime. We are so lucky to have such a fun little girl!
