Merry Christmas 2020

We had a really nice, fairly quiet Christmas season. We got negative COVID tests and were able to spend Christmas Day with Grandma and Grandpa Felton. We had 3 zoom calls with different combinations of Bradys and Stewarts. We did a lot of walks and baked Christmas cookies and did gingerbread houses (Julia's was a murder scene). The presents were awesome. Julia got some Office memorabilia. Both kids got Amazon Echos - they're excited to have better alarms and music in their rooms. Alex also got smart lightbulbs where he can control the brightness and color. Julia and Mom got grandma's hand-me-down Rolex which is very special. Julia's big gift was a new phone (iPhone 11). Everyone got some clothes and mom got a heartrate monitor for the peloton. John and Alex also got some gift cards since they're tough to shop for. Maeby got a chew toy, water bottle, jacket, and peanut butter bone. Thank you, family!

Julia participated in Reddit secret santa where SS thought she'd like a book about Why Nations Fail which appears to be intended for phd economists. We got a good laugh out of that.

Most exciting was Maeby's first snow. She was very excited and loves playing in it.
