Alex raises $33 for Treehouse

Alex woke up this morning and wanted to sell something to raise money for "kids who don't have much money". He got the idea from a Sesame Street game. We deliberated what would sell the best and decided on brownies. Julia helped make them and sampled some to make sure they were good.

We showed him a bunch of charities and he decided on Treehouse, an organization that helps foster kids with clothes and education.

Alex set the price at $1 and hit up his neighbors and his grandma and a few strangers. He made the pitch all by himself and wasn't too shy.  He raised $33.

We are very proud of Alex and he's excited to raise even more money next time.
